We’ll work within your agency’s purchasing requirements, and eligible agencies can also buy through a cooperative contract.

Outdoor-Fit is an awarded Sourcewell supplier, allowing eligible correctional facilities and public-sector agencies to purchase our fitness equipment through a competitively solicited cooperative purchasing contract. This can simplify procurement and may eliminate the need for an agency to conduct its own traditional RFP process, subject to its purchasing policies.
It depends on your agency’s purchasing policies. Many facilities purchase directly without one. If your agency does require a competitive process, we can provide the specifications and documentation you need to prepare it. Using a cooperative contract such as Sourcewell may also remove the need for your own RFP, subject to your agency’s policies.

Outdoor-Fit doesn’t typically install equipment itself. We can connect your facility with a trusted installation partner, and on-site support is available on request. Multigyms and larger units need at least two installers, who follow your facility’s tool-control and escort protocols. We send a full tools list in advance so your security team can pre-clear every item.
