The Solution

High-Volume Daily Use, Built to Last

With equipment in near-constant use, Chillicothe needed stations engineered for high-frequency, supervised use that hold up without heavy servicing. Outdoor-Fit supplied: Helios Multigym and Everest Cardio Climber.

Both exercise equipment types are weather-resistant and engineered for long-term use in correctional recreation areas. Their heavy-duty construction, tamperproof components, and low-maintenance design help reduce ongoing servicing requirements, with periodic inspections recommended to support safe operation and long-term performance.

Helios Multigym

Helios Multigym is a six-station correctional multigym for up to four users and 50+ bodyweight exercises, featuring chin-up and dip stations with Outdoor-Fit's chin/dip assist mechanism so all fitness levels can train, plus a plyo box, back extension, knee raise, and calf-raise step. Heavy-duty steel with tamperproof hardware and QR-linked placards.

Everest Cardio Climber

Everest Cardio Climber is a single-user, cadence-powered stair climber offering strength- or cardio-focused modes with no electronics or external resistance, so intensity is set by the user's stroke and pace. Developed with the Kinesiology department at Dalhousie University for biomechanically sound movement; tamperproof and weather-resistant for high-frequency use.

We recommend regular inspections of structural components, hardware and those moving parts, with quick visual checks weekly — or more often given Chillicothe’s very high daily usage. Maintenance checklists are provided with every installation.
